Noelia Contreras - Alumni Spotlight

Noelia Contreras, West Covina High School Alumni 2018, recently had the opportunity to tour with, and sing in the choir for, Maverick City Music & Kirk Franklin; both of which recently appeared on NPR’s Tiny Desk Concert (CLICK HERE TO VIEW PERFORMANCE). Throughout her time on tour, she was able to collaborate with many singers - both in and out of the touring company.

In response to her time singing on this professional tour, Noelia states, "Sometimes we make our own plans for the future, but we have no idea that what God has in store for us is so much bigger than we planned (Jeremiah 29:11)”

Though out her time at WCHS she took part in many different ensembles in the Choral Department (WCHSchoir.com) including Wescovaires & Duly Noted. In addition to here time in choir, Noelia could be found taking the stage in many of the Musical Theatre Productions (WCHSmusicals.com). Noelia stated, “The training that I received at WCHS help me to always go the extra mile on everything I do in life”.

We are so incredibly proud of the many ways that Noelia is representing West Covina High School as she pursues her future endeavors in the Music Industry.
